I think that an important point appears to have been missewd in the letter regarding disability pension for pre-2006 retirees, namely establishing whether the civilian government retirees of pre 2006 vintage have been given the same benefit as post 2006 retirees. If that has been done, then it would clearly be established that the defence pre 2006 retirees have been placed at a disadvantage.
May kindly consider establishing that and if established, may further consider revising the representation.
Otherwise a good officerlike step.
